Job Responsibilities:

Developing, coordinating, implementing, delivering, and measuring training plans
Identifying required training content based on standard business processes
Creating training content: handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, and audio.
Testing content for accuracy and usability: create and test learning scenarios and simulations
Coordinating all logistics and delivering training using multiple platforms: in person training, web-based, instructor-led, virtual classrooms, among others
Administering user enrollment and tracking completion of training plan
Measuring training effectiveness, identify trends and implement actions plans to improve content and delivery methods
Updating existing content, create new content and deliver training when there are changes to business processes, new features, or enhancements to code
Working with the head of quality assurance to create and implement best practices and quality assurance documentation for end-users.
